蛋白琥珀酸铁在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨蛋白琥珀酸铁在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2019年10月该中心孕产妇保健门诊治疗和随访的122例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其进行随机分组,其中对照组与研究组各61例。对照组采用多维铁口服液治疗,研究组采用蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗。对比两组总有效率、治疗前后红细胞相关指标与铁代谢指标的变化以及不良反应。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为95.08%,高于对照组80.33%(χ^2=6.157,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组RBC(4.22±0.52)×10^12/L、Hb(126.52±6.84)g/L、HCT(0.38±0.05)%水平均高于对照组(3.73±0.50)×10^12/L、(118.62±7.28)g/L、(0.36±0.04)%(t=5.305、6.177、2.440,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组SF(36.52±7.52)μg/L、SI(14.05±7.52)μmol/L水平均高于对照组(30.52±5.65)μg/L、(10.20±6.85)μmol/L(t=4.982、2.956,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率1.64%低于对照组11.48%(χ^2=6.117,P<0.05)。结论蛋白琥珀酸铁在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中具有显著的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of protein iron succinate in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods From January 2016 to October 2019,122 patients with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy who were treated and followed up in the maternal health care clinic of our center were selected as the research objects.They were randomly grouped according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with Duowei Iron Oral Liquid,and the study group was treated with Protein Succinate Iron Oral Liquid.The total effective rate,changes of red blood cell related indexes and iron metabolism indexes before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.08%,which was higher than 80.33%in the control group(χ^2=6.157,P<0.05).After treatment,the RBC(4.22±0.52)×10^12/L,Hb(126.52±6.84)g/L,and HCT(0.38±0.05)%levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(3.73±0.50)×10^12/L,(118.62±7.28)g/L,(0.36±0.04)%(t=5.305,6.177,2.440,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SF(36.52±7.52)μg/L and SI(14.05±7.52)μmol/L in the study group were higher than those in the control group(30.52±5.65)μg/L,(10.20±6.85)μmol/L(t=4.982,2.956,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.64%lower than that in the control group 11.48%(χ^2=6.117,P<0.05).Conclusion Protein iron succinate has significant clinical application value in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.
