摘要
目的分析艾司西酞普兰联合帕罗西汀对焦虑症患者焦虑程度及不良反应的影响。方法选择该院门诊自2018年1—12月诊治的80例焦虑症患者作为研究对象,按患者用药治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,对照组35例,采用阿普唑仑治疗,研究组45例,采用艾司西酞普兰联合帕罗西汀治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的焦虑情绪评分、生活质量评分、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,研究组患者焦虑情绪评分(18.20±2.05)分、生活质量评分(41.05±2.07)分与对照组(18.16±2.04)分、(41.08±2.05)分对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.127、0.221,P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者焦虑情绪评分(4.16±0.72)分、不良反应发生率2.22%均显著低于对照组(12.13±1.19)分、25.71%,研究组患者生活质量评分(91.22±3.75)分、治疗总有效率97.78%均显著高于对照组(60.26±2.47)分、82.86%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.862,χ^2=9.257,t=8.815,χ^2=8.716,P<0.05)。结论对焦虑症患者采用艾司西酞普兰联合帕罗西汀治疗,不仅能有效减轻其焦虑程度,还能提高其整体治疗效果,且治疗期间的不良反应发生率较低,因此,其是一种安全、高效的组合治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the effects of escitalopram combined with paroxetine on anxiety and adverse reactions in patients with anxiety disorders.Methods Eighty patients with anxiety who were diagnosed and treated from January to December 2018 in the hospital’s outpatient department were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the different medication and treatment methods of the patients.The control group 35 cases were treated with alprazolam,45 patients in the study group were treated with escitalopram combined with paroxetine,and the anxiety score,quality of life score,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the anxiety score(18.20±2.05)points and the quality of life score(41.05±2.07)points of the study group and the control group(18.16±2.04)points and(41.08±2.05)points(t=0.127,0.221,P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety score(4.16±0.72)points and the incidence of adverse reactions 2.22%in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(12.13±1.19)points,25.71%,the quality of life score of patients in the study group(91.22±3.75)points,the total effective rate of treatment 97.78%were significantly higher than the control group(60.26±2.47)points,82.86%,the two groups were compared,the difference was and statistically significant(t=8.862,χ^2=9.257,t=8.815,χ^2=8.716,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of escitalopram combined with paroxetine for the treatment of anxiety patients can not only effectively reduce their anxiety,but also improve their overall therapeutic effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment is relatively low.Therefore,it is a safe,high-efficiency combination therapy.
