摘要
目的分析小儿疱疹性咽峡炎采用炎琥宁治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年1—12月收治的80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用热毒宁注射液治疗,观察组采用炎琥宁注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状改善时间与住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05);观察组患儿流涎消失、疱疹消失、发热消失与住院时间分别为(3.42±0.88)、(2.92±0.85)、(2.56±0.68)、(4.42±0.63)d,均短于对照组(t=5.078、7.810、6.865、12.528,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为7.50%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.157,P>0.05)。结论小儿疱疹性咽峡炎采用炎琥宁治疗的临床疗效显著,利于缩短住院时间与症状改善时间,且治疗安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yanhuning for herpetic angina in children.Methods A total of 80 children with herpes angina who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Reduning injection,and the observation group Yanhuning injection was used to compare the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,hospitalization time,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05);the salivation disappeared,herpes disappeared,fever disappeared and the hospital stay in the observation group were(3.42±0.88)d,(2.92±0.85)d,(2.56±0.68)d,(4.42±0.63)d,all shorter than the control group(t=5.078,7.810,6.865,12.528,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the the control group was 7.50%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.157,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yanhuning for the treatment of herpetic angina in children is significant,which is beneficial to shorten the length of hospitalization and the time of symptom improvement,and the treatment is safe.
