摘要
目的老年椎体骨质疏松脊柱骨折患者通过保守疗法以及椎体后凸成形术进行联合治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行评价。方法选取该院在2017年1月—2019年9月期间收治的110例老年椎体骨质疏松脊柱骨折的患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对两组患者的VAS评分、运动功能评分以及治疗总有效率进行比较。结果观察组患者在治疗之后,VAS评分(1.0±0.5)分,低于对照组患者,运动能力评分为(99.5±4.7)分,高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=5.635、5.552,P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.4%(53/55),优于对照组的80.0%(44/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.525,P<0.05);观察组患者的中柱椎体高度为(19.89±1.31)mm,对照组患者的中柱椎体高度为(18.43±1.01)mm,观察组患者治疗前与治疗后的椎体高度为(13.52±1.05)mm、(7.56±0.72)mm,对照组患者治疗前与治疗后的椎体高度为(13.28±1.20)mm、(11.84±1.03)mm。结论骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者通过保守疗法及椎体后凸成形术治疗,治疗效果优良。
Objective Elderly patients with vertebral osteoporotic spine fractures were treated with conservative therapy and kyphopasty to evaluate the treatment effect of the patients.Methods 110 elderly patients with vertebral osteoporotic spine fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide the observation group and control group,and each consisted of 55 patients.The VAS score,motor function score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had a VAS score of(1.0±0.5)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function score was(99.5±4.7)points,which was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.635,5.552,P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.4%(53/55),and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 80.0%(44/55),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.525,P<0.05).The height of the middle column vertebral body of the observation group was(19.89±1.31)mm,the height of the middle column vertebral body of the control group was(18.43±1.01)mm,and the height of the vertebral body of the observation group before and after treatment was(13.52±1.05),mm(7.56±0.72)mm,the vertebral heights of the control group before and after treatment were(13.28±1.20)mm,(11.84±1.03)mm.Conclusion Patients with osteoporotic spine fractures are treated with conservative therapy and kyphoplasty.The therapeutic effect is excellent.
