摘要
目的研究在骨与软组织科护生实习教学中应用情景模拟教学的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月该院骨软组织科实习护生68名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34名。其中对照组实习护生接受常规护理教学,试验组实习护生开展情景模拟教学,对比组间实习护生理论知识与操作能力、人文关怀能力以及护生对实习教学的满意程度。结果试验组理论知识(93.06±4.25)分和操作能力(92.48±3.25)分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组实习护生满意度97.06%明显高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05),试验组人文关怀中勇气评分(73.55±4.46)分、耐心评分(68.31±5.12)分、认识评分(75.52±5.35)分和总分(219.38±12.75)分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法能够提高骨与软组织科实习护生理论知识、操作能力和人文关怀能力,提升实习教学的满意程度。
Objective To study the effect of scenario simulation teaching in the practice of bone and soft tissue nursing students.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,68 interns in the department of bone and soft tissue in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 34 cases in each.Among them,the control group of interns received regular nurse teaching,and the experimental group of interns received scenario simulation teaching teaching.The theoretical knowledge and operational ability,humanistic care ability and the satisfaction of the interns of the practice teaching were compared between the groups.Results The experimental group's theoretical knowledge(93.06±4.25)points and operating ability(92.48±3.25)points scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group's interns'satisfaction with education was 97.06%significantly higher than the control group's 70.59%(P<0.05).The scores of courage score(73.55±4.46)points,patience score(68.31±5.12)points,awareness score(75.52±5.35)points and total score(219.38±12.75)points in the experimental group humanistic care were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge,operation ability and humanistic care ability of the bone and soft tissue nursing students,and improve the practice teaching satisfaction.
