摘要
目的探讨病房护理管理中细节管理的运用价值。方法于2019年1-9月选取该院80例住院患者作为该次的研究对象,对照组院开展常规的护理服务院实验组院开展细节管理。分析细节管理对护理人员的服务态度、护理熟练度等方面的影响,记录患者对细节护理服务的满意率情况,记录两组不安全事件发生率。护士长从专业角度出发,对护理人员的文书书写、护理质量、护理安全、急救物品管理方面进行评价。结果两组护理人员在工作评分方面互比,实验组文书书写、护理质量、护理安全、急救物品管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理满意率方面互比,实验组100%,对照组75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在不安全事件发生方面互比,实验组患者出现坠床、跌倒、用药错误以及非计划性拨管情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病房护理管理中实施细节管理能提高护理人员操作技巧,规范自我行为能力,为患者营造舒适的环境,释放内心压力,具有一定科学性与可行性。
Objective To explore the application value of detail management in ward nursing management.Methods 80 inpatients in the hospital from January to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The control group:carry out routine nursing services;the experimental group:carry out detailed management.Analyze the impact of detail management on nursing staff's service attitude and nursing proficiency,record the satisfaction rate of patients with detail nursing service,and record the incidence of unsafe incidents in the two groups.From a professional perspective,the head nurse evaluates the nursing staff's writing,nursing quality,nursing safety,and first-aid supplies management.Results The two groups of nursing staff were compared in terms of work scores.The scores of writing,nursing quality,nursing safety,and first-aid supplies management in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were compared with each other in terms of nursing satisfaction rate.The experimental group was 100%and the control group was 75%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were compared with each other in terms of occurrence of unsafe events.The cases of falling,falling,medication and unplanned extubation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detailed management in ward nursing management can improve the operating skills of nurses,standardize self-behavior ability,create a comfortable environment for patients,and release internal pressure.It is scientific and feasible.
