活性炭吸附对提高南水污水厂处理效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验依托南水污水厂厂现有已建MBBR-混凝沉淀-膜过滤-臭氧催化氧化中试系统,研究分析了活性炭吸附作用对于去除催化进水、催化出水以及南水厂出水中COD的去除效果。研究结果表明粉末活性炭对水样处理效果较为明显,催化出水的CODcr去除率最小;催化进水的去除率最为稳定且去除率均处在较高水平。采用活性炭与PAC共同吸附,不仅可以去除水中的悬浮物,同时也提高了活性炭的吸附效果,对水中的胶体态有机物起到很好的去除作用。在南水厂改造的工程应用上,活性炭的投加方式宜为在二沉池前段与PAC混合投加。 This experiment relies on the existing MBBR-coagulation sedimentation-membrane filtration-Ozone Oxidation of Nanshui Water Purification Plant. The results show that the treatment effect was more obvious after the activated carbon was powdered. The CODcr removal efficiency of catalytic effluent was minimum;The CODcr removal efficiency of catalytic influent removal was the most stable and water removal efficiency was at a high level. Activated carbon adsorption and co-PAC, not only the suspended solids were absorbed, but also the adsorption effectiveness of activated carbon was improved, the remove efficiency of the colloidal organic matter in water was increased at the same. So, activated carbon can be dosed with the PAC in the secondary settling tank on the reconstruction engineering of Nanshui sewage treatment plant.
