摘要
目的了解人文关怀在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年7月收治的100例老年冠心患者,随机分为常规组与试验组,各50例。常规组患者给予常规干预,试验组患者开展人文关怀。比较两组满意度;护理前后抑郁、焦虑评分以及左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径;冠心病疾病认知评分、治疗依从性评分和总住院时间;心血管用药不良反应发生率。结果试验组满意度、护理后抑郁、焦虑评分以及左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径、冠心病疾病认知评分、治疗依从性评分和总住院时间、心血管用药不良反应发生率均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论对老年冠心病患者实施人文关怀的护理效果确切。
Objective To understand the application effect of humanistic care in nursing of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods One hundred elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into a routine group and a test group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group were given routine intervention,and patients in the test group were given humanistic care.The satisfaction;depression and anxiety scores,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end systolic diameter before and after nursing;coronary heart disease cognitive score,treatment compliance score and total length of stay;incidence of cardiovascular drug adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction,depression and anxiety scores,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end systolic diameter after nursing,coronary heart disease recognition score,treatment compliance score,total hospital stay,and incidence of cardiovascular drug adverse reactions in the test group were all better than those in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing effect of humanistic care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease is definite.
