摘要
通过对核电厂一回路压力边界核一级奥氏体不锈钢BOSS头焊缝为例,根据在役检查的排查结果,通过底片的缺陷形式和位置,考虑人员剂量率、体表沾污风险及异物风险,制定了4种不同的维修策略。结果表明制定的维修策略可执行度非常高,切实降低现场的人员剂量、体表沾污及异物风险,保证维修人员剂量水平的合理可行最优化,提高了维修质量和维修效率,为核电厂返修此类焊缝提供技术参考。
As for the austenitic stainless steel BOSS head welds of primary pressure boundary in nuclear power plant,based on the results of in-service inspection,according to the defects form and position,four different repair strategies were developed considering the personnel dose rate,body surface contamination risk and foreign matter risk.The results showed that the implementation capacity of the repair strategies were high,which could effectively reduce the risk of personnel dose,body surface contamination and foreign matter,ensure the reasonable and feasible optimization of personnel dose level,improve repair quality and efficiency,and provide technical reference for nuclear power plant to repair such welds.
