全钢载重子午线轮胎硫化胶边的原因分析及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 从设备装配、硫化工艺、胎坯和模具设计等方面分析全钢载重子午线轮胎硫化胶边的产生原因,通过采取适度调整花纹块、侧板背面加垫片、更换模壳或对花纹块分形面进行焊补维修处理、调整硫化工艺、严格控制成型和硫化环境温度及胎坯温度、对模具侧板分型处进行溢胶槽和溢胶孔加工改造等措施,基本解决了全钢载重子午线轮胎模缝胶边问题,提高了产品质量。 From the aspects of equipment assembly,vulcanization process,green tire and mold design,the causes of the burr defects of truck and bus radial tire were analyzed and corrective actions were brought forward.By taking appropriate adjustments to the pattern blocks,adding shims on the back of the side plates,replacing the mold shell,repairing the fractal surface of pattern blocks by welding,adjusting the curing process,strictly controlling the ambient temperature of building process,curing process and the temperature of green tire,and modifying the overflow grooves and overflow holes of the side plates,the problem of burr defects of truck and bus radial tire were basically solved and tire quality was improved.
