摘要
为解决HXD3型电力机车牵引变流器IGBT出现的炸裂故障,在分析HXD3型电力机车牵引变流器原理的基础上,结合济南西机务段管内的典型IGBT炸裂案例,从电气、热应力、机械角度,分析HXD3型电力机车牵引变流器IGBT炸裂的原因,提出针对性整改措施。经生产实践运用证明,整改措施有效,保障了HXD3型电力机车运用的安全稳定。
To solve the HXD3 electric locomotive traction convertor IGBT burst failure,on the analysis of the HXD3 electric locomotive traction converter principle,on the basis of combining the typical IGBT cracking case within Ji⁃nan West Locomotive Depot,from the point of view of electrical,thermal,mechanical,analysis of the cause of the is⁃sue in HXD3 electric locomotive traction convertor IGBT,raise the corresponding improvement measures,the pro⁃duction practice proves that effective corrective measures,to ensure the HXD3 electric locomotive operation of secu⁃rity and stability.
