摘要
目的:探究护士长夜查房新模式的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院30名护士长作为研究对象。2016年1月-2017年5月实施传统护士长夜查房模式,2017年6月-2020年1月实施护士长夜查房新模式。对比实施新模式前后护士长主动发现问题、分析问题、整改问题能力评分、患者夜间不良事件发生率及患者对护士长夜查房模式的满意度评分。结果:实施新模式后,护士长主动发现问题、分析问题、整改问题能力评分及患者对护士长夜查房模式的满意度评分均显著高于实施新模式前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施新模式后,患者夜间不良事件发生率显著低于实施新模式前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士长夜查房新模式的临床应用效果显著,不仅能有效提高护士长的夜查房管理意识和能力,同时还能有效降低患者夜间不良事件发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the new mode of head nurses night rounds.Method:A total of 30 head nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects.From January 2016 to May 2017,the traditional night rounds mode of head nurses was implemented.From June 2017 to January 2020,the new mode of head nurses night rounds was implemented.The scores of the head nurse’s ability to proactively identify problems,analyze problems and rectify problems,the incidence of night adverse events and the satisfaction scores of patients with the head nurses night rounds mode were compared before and after the implementation of the new mode.Result:After the implementation of the new mode,the head nurse’s ability to proactively identify problems,analyze problems,rectify problems and the satisfaction score of patients with the head nurses night rounds mode were significantly higher than those before the implementation of the new mode,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the new mode,the incidence of night adverse events was significantly lower than that before the implementation of the new mode,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of the new mode of head nurses night rounds has a significant effect.It can not only effectively improve the head nurse’s consciousness and ability of night rounds management,but also effectively reduce the incidence of night adverse events in patients.
