摘要
目的探讨改良产后出血预测评分表的临床应用效果。方法采用改良后产后出血预测评分表对我院产科2018年1月—2019年5月经阴道分娩的500例产妇出血情况进行评估,设为观察组;选取同期采用常规产后出血预测评分表评估经阴道分娩的500例产妇设为对照组。结果观察组产后出血率、会阴侧切率及产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组高危组产后出血率、会阴侧切率及产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量均高于中危组和低危组(P均<0.05)。结论改良产后出血预测评分可有效预测阴道分娩产后出血,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the modified postpartum hemorrhage predictive scores table.Methods A total of 500 cases of maternity from January 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were evaluated by the modified postpartum hemorrhage predictive scores table,which was set as the observation group.And 500 cases of maternity were evaluated by the routine prediction score table,which was set as the control group.Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate,perineal cut rate,postpartum 2 h,12 h,24 h bleeding volume were lower in the observation group than that in control group(P all<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate,perineal side cut rate and postpartum 2 h,12 h,24 h in the high risk group of the observation group were higher than that in the intermediate risk group and the low risk group(P all<0.05).Conclusion The modified postpartum hemorrhage predictive scores can effectively predict postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery and has certain clinical application value.
