奇神经节毁损治疗老年萎缩性阴道炎引起的会阴痛1例 被引量：5

摘要 萎缩性阴道炎(atrophic vaginitis)是一种因绝经后雌激素水平降低引起,以阴部烧灼样疼痛、干涩、瘙痒、性交困难、尿路感染为主要表现的疾病。目前大部分绝经期女性因受到传统观念、认识不足以及其部位的隐私性等因素,往往无法得到及时治疗;与此同时医疗人员也对该疾病有着较低的重视度[1]。国内外对于该疾病的主要治疗方法为雌激素疗法,即全身应用或局部应用雌激素以补充因绝经下降的雌激素水平[2~4]。
