摘要
本文主要以广西民族大学相思湖学院为例,分析当前应用型本科烹饪与营养教育专业化学课程的教学现状,根据目前的人才培养要求提出要改进原有的教学方法,调整相应课程内容,重视实验课程,以及利用进行校企合作的方式,提升学生的综合素质,真正成为应用型人才。
Based on the background of Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities,this paper focused on analyzing the current teaching situation of chemistry course in cuisine and nutrition education of application-oriented universities,and according to the current talent cultivation requirements,by means of improving traditional teaching methods,adjusting teaching contents,attaching importance to experimental courses,making university-enterprise cooperation,to make students improving their overall qualities and being applied talents.
