摘要
为提高煤炭资源回收率,缓解矿井接替紧张情况,在伯方煤矿3308工作面采用预裂爆破切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,沿切缝线利用档矸支架对采空区矸石进行处理,并浇筑柔模混凝土墙体对采空区进行隔离。采用该技术后,形成“顶板-巷旁支护-底板”支围系统刚度,围岩活动稳定,掘进工程量减少,节省6个月掘进时间。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and alleviate the tension of mine replacement,the pre-splitting blasting cutting top pressure relief along the goaf roadway technology is adopted in the 3308 working face of Bofang Coal Mine.The gangue in the goaf is treated by gangue support along the cutting seam line,and the soft formwork concrete wall is poured to isolate the goaf.After adopting this technology,the rigidity of"roof roadway support floor"supporting system is formed,the surrounding rock activity is stable,the excavation amount is reduced,and the excavation time is saved for 6 months.
