摘要
目的:探讨优质护理干预对开颅动脉瘤夹闭患者睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者100例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组进行优质的护理干预,对照组进行常规护理。比较2组的负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(Anxiety Self-rating Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Depression Self-rating Scale,SDS)]、生命质量评分、护理满意度及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)]评分。结果:观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,生命质量评分及护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可显著改善颅内动脉瘤患者的睡眠质量、生命质量及负性情绪,临床上值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of quality nursing intervention on the improvement of sleep quality in patients with craniotomy aneurysm clipping.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Observation group for quality nursing intervention,control group for routine nursing.The scores of negative emotions(Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)and Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS),life Quality score,nursing satisfaction and Sleep Quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results:SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality,quality of life and negative emotions in patients with intracranial aneurysm,which is worth promoting clinically.
