摘要
目的观察神州康波传导仪对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法收集2020年2月14日至6月17日间湖北省应城市中医医院及牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的60例新型冠状病毒肺炎型患者,随机分为对照组30例和实验组30例,对照组按照新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案进行治疗,实验组在对照组治疗方案基础上增加神州康波传导仪物理康复疗法。治疗1周后,观察两组患者发热、咳嗽、咳痰、嗅觉、味觉、鼻塞、流涕、乏力等临床症状改善时间、程度及白细胞计数(WBC)、淋巴细胞计数(LYM)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)等指标变化。结果实验组患者发热、咳嗽、乏力、嗅觉障碍、鼻塞症状改善时间分别为(2.30±1.40、2.70±1.60、3.37±1.70、3.07±1.51、2.30±1.23)d,与相应对照组(3.97±2.22、4.06±2.30、5.30±2.17、4.96±2.24、4.00±2.58)d相比,改善时间明显缩短;实验组CRP(14.40±12.23)较对照组(16.14±15.05)明显下降,淋巴细胞计数(1.43±0.17)较对照组(0.97±0.29)明显升高。实验组较对照组患者的指标改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神州康波传导仪对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的症状改善及实验室指标改善有临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhou Kang wave conduction instrument in COVID-19 patients.Methods 60 patients admitted COVID-19 from February 14,2020 to June 17,2020 during yingcheng,hubei province and Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were collected.All patients were equally divided into two groups:the control group and experimental group.The control group were treated by COVID-19 medical treatment,the experimental group were treated by COVID-19 medical treatment combined with the shenzhou Kang wave conduction meter physical rehabilitation therapy.After a week treatment,the fever,smell taste,the lack of a stuffy nose,runny nose,cough,expectoration degree,the clinical symptoms improved time of white blood cell count(WBC)and the changes of lymphocyte count(LYM),creactive protein(CRP),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and other dicators of two groups of patients were observed.The 2 tests were used to compare the counting data between groups,and the measurement data were expressed as(X±S).t-Test was performed for the measurement data that conformed to normal distribution before and after treatment comparison.All data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results The experimental group patients tThe smell,taste a stuffy nose,runny nose,fever,cough and expectoration fatigue and other symptoms in the experimental group patients improve Faster faster than those in the control group,and the laboratory indexes CRP decreased and lymphocyte count increased than those in the control group changed significantly(P<0.05),experimental index was improved more obviously than that in the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant;.Conclusion The Shenzhou Kang wave conduction instrument has a clinical effect on the improvement of symptoms and laboratory indicators of COVID-19 patients.
