摘要
驾引人员常在船舶靠泊操纵中需要微顺流靠泊或者在大角度轧拢流、强吹拢风等自然条件不利的情况下进行靠泊.要实现在上述条件下的安全、顺利靠泊,有时候需要用到负角度靠泊方法.本文介绍了负角度的概念,负角度靠泊的使用时机、操作方法和注意事项.
In the process of berthing operation,the pilot often needs to berthing in a small downstream flow or in a large angle rolling flow,strong inshore wind and other adverse natural conditions.In order to achieve safe and smooth berthing under the above conditions,it is sometimes necessary to use the method of negative angle berthing.This paper introduces the concept of negative berthing angle,the use time,operation method and precautions of negative angle berthing.
