摘要
介绍了HXD3型机车高压绝缘检测系统的组成、工作原理及检测盲区等情况。结合机车网压欠压保护策略和高压绝缘检测盲区,分析了车顶高压电器设备可能产生的接地风险点。讨论了机车网侧电压回路在发生故障时的应急处理对策,并提出了与检修和运用有关的合理化建议。
The composition,working principle and detection blind area of high voltage insulation detection system for HXD3 locomotive are introduced.Combined with the protection strategy of voltage under voltage of locomotive network and blind area of high-voltage insulation detection,the possible grounding risk points of high-voltage electrical equipment on the roof are analyzed.This paper discusses the emergency treatment measures of locomotive network side voltage circuit in case of fault,and puts forward reasonable suggestions related to maintenance and operation.
