摘要
目的:探讨前瞻性社区综合干预对高尿酸血症(HUA)患者代谢综合征的影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治HUA患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予社区常规管理;观察组给予前瞻性社区综合干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后血脂、血糖及血尿酸等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对HUA患者,采用前瞻性社区综合干预,能有效控制尿酸水平,对代谢综合征产生影响,提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of prospective comprehensive community intervention on metabolic syndrome in hyperuricemia(HUA)patients.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with HUA were selected and randomly divided into the two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional community management.The observation group was given a prospective comprehensive community intervention.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the blood lipid,blood glucose,uric acid levels and other indicator levels in the observation group were all better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective comprehensive community intervention for HUA patients can effectively control uric acid level,which have an impact on metabolic syndrome,and improve patients'quality of life.
