摘要
以人工智能为代表的新兴技术引领新一轮科技革命,将重构国际竞争格局,对未来就业产生一定影响。本文通过探讨人工智能在提升就业收入水平、填补劳动力短缺、增加新的工作机会、提高就业质量、增强工作幸福感等方面的积极价值,分析人工智能对就业产生的就业结构改变、技术性失业推动的技能偏好型改革、短期收入降低、影响公平就业等问题,并在此基础上针对性地提出人力资源就业的应对措施。
The emerging technology represented by artificial intelligence leads a new round of scientific and technological revolution,which will reconstruct the pattern of international competition and have a certain impact on future employment.This paper discusses the positive value of artificial intelligence in raising the level of employment income,filling labor shortage,increasing new job opportunities,improving employment quality,enhancing work well-being and so on.This paper analyzes the problems such as the change of employment structure caused by artificial intelligence,the skill preference reform promoted by technical unemployment,the reduction of short-term income,the influence of fair employment and so on.And on this basis,it puts forward the corresponding measures of human resources employment.
