摘要
本文以北京轨道交通新机场线用地测绘内容和要求为切入点,结合规划道路红线、规划用地、土地权属等资料进行深入的探讨研究,出具可行的测绘成果,最终协助规划部门高效完成用地审批工作。通过该项目的实施总结出了一套可行的作业方法,旨在为今后轨道交通用地项目顺利完成规划审批提供参考与借鉴,也为能更好的服务规划部门做好审批工作起到积极的推进作用。
This paper takes the content and requirement of land surveying and Mapping for the new airport line of Beijing Rail Transit as the cut-in point.Based on the data of Red Line of road planning,land use planning and land ownership,this paper makes an in-depth study,to provide feasible surveying and mapping results,and ultimately assist the planning department to complete the land approval work efficiently.Through the implementation of the project summed up a set of feasible operating methods,it provides reference for the successful completion of planning examination and approval of Future Rail Transit land-use projects,also for the better service planning department to do a good job in the examination and approval work play a positive role in promoting.
