摘要
本文以多壁碳纳米管膜电极为工作电极,在盐酸介质体系下,采用循环伏安技术研究了多壁碳纳米管材料对三聚氰胺分子的电催化活性。考察了富集时间、扫描速率等条件对三聚氰胺分子氧化还原峰电流的影响。实验结果表明该碳纳米管材料对三聚氰胺表现出优异的电化学活性。在优化的实验条件下,氧化峰电流与三聚氰胺在6×10^-5~1×10^-3 mol·L^-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,且可用于实际样品牛奶中三聚氰胺的灵敏检测,加标回收率为67.1%~92.2%。电极的重现性和使用寿命良好。
The electrocatalytic activity of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNs)for melamine molecules was studied by cyclic voltammetry in hydrochloric acid electrolyte solution using multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified electrode as working electrode.And the effect of enrichment time and scanning rates on the redox peak currents of melamine was investigated.The results show that MWCNs film material has excellent electrocatalytic activity to melamine molecule.Under optimized experimental conditions,the oxidation peak current has a linear relationship with melamine concentration in 6×10^-5~1×10^-3 mol·L^-1.It can be used for sensitive detection of melamine in milk.The recovery is 67.1%~92.2%.The electrode has good reproducibility and service life.
