摘要
垂直度是建筑起重机械的重要安全指标,尤其对于高层建筑使用的起重设备,相关标准及安全规程对其误差范围都有明确的要求。文中介绍了建筑起重机械测量垂直度的常见方法,分析各方法的特点;并重点介绍了全站仪在垂直度测量中的应用。通过全站仪设站功能,一次架设,可方便快捷地测量所有可视设备的垂直度;对比不同方法的测量结果,证明了该测量方法是可行的,测量结果是准确的。
Verticality is an important safety index of building hoisting machinery,so clear requirements on its error range are provided on relevant standards and safety regulations,especially for hoisting equipment used in high-rise buildings.This paper introduces the common methods of verticality measurement of construction hoisting machinery,and analyzes the characteristics of each method.The application of total station in verticality measurement is emphatically introduced.Through the station setting function of total station,the erection can be completed at one time,and the verticality of all visual equipment can be measured conveniently and quickly;by comparing measurement results of different methods,it is proved that the measurement method is feasible and results are accurate.
