摘要
以一种偏心式振动磨为研究对象,运用Box-Behnken响应曲面法对振动磨磨矿工艺参数进行优化。通过探索试验可以确定介质充填率、料球比和磨矿浓度适宜取值范围,以磨机利用系数q-0.018作为响应值,利用Design Expert软件对数据进行分析计算。结果表明:单因素条件下料球比对磨机利用系数q-0.018影响最为显著;交互作用下介质充填率与料球比对磨机利用系数q-0.018影响最为显著;响应曲面法优化的最优磨矿工艺参数为介质充填率80%、料球比0.7、磨矿浓度70%,该条件下磨机利用系数取得最大值达0.587 t/m3·h;磨矿试验结果与预测值基本吻合,Design-Expert软件可为振动磨磨矿试验提供高效、准确的方案设计和参数优化。
Taking a kind of eccentric vibration grinding as the research object,the box Behnken response surface method is used to optimize the technological parameters of eccentric vibration grinding.Through the exploration and test,we can preliminarily determine the appropriate value range of medium filling rate,material ball ratio and grinding concentration.The utilization coefficient of the mill is the response value.The data is analyzed and calculated by using design expert 8.0 software,and the quadratic regression equation is obtained by fitting.The results show that the ratio of material to ball has the most significant influence on the utilization coefficient of the mill.The optimal grinding process parameters optimized by response surface method are medium filling rate 80%,material to ball ratio 0.7 and grinding concentration 70%.Under this condition,the maximum utilization coefficient of the mill reaches 0.587 t/m^3·h.The grinding test results are basically consistent with the predicted values.It shows that design-Expert software can provide efficient and accurate scheme design and parameter optimization for grinding test.
