摘要
对某铜锌尾矿中伴生的钨等矿物进行了工艺矿物学研究,根据矿石性质,通过多方案对比研究,确定了较佳的工艺流程。采用重选抛尾-反浮选脱硫脱硅-磁选分离黑钨矿和锡石的工艺,可获得黑钨精矿WO3品位64.72%,回收率85.21%良好指标,在选钨的基础上最终得到锡石粗精矿品位为23.36%,回收率为72.89%,该工艺对某铜锌尾矿中钨的综合回收提供了依据。
The process mineralogy of tungsten from tailings of a copper zinc polymetallic ore has been studied in this paper.According to the ore properties,the optimum technological process was determined through multi scheme comparison.Satisfying index was obtained by process for discarding tailing via gravity concentration,and the desulfurization and desilication of by reverse flotation,magnetic separation of wolframite and cassiterite.The grade and recovery rate of WO3 in concentrate were 64.72%and 85.21%respectively,and the grade and recovery rate of Sn in concentrate were 23.36%and 72.89%respectively.This process provides basis for the comprehensive recovery of tungsten in a copper-zinc tailings.
