摘要
对H13和Cr12MoV模具钢进行了等温淬火和油淬试验。热处理后检测了经不同工艺热处理的两种钢的硬度、力学性能和显微组织。试验结果表明:等温淬火的H13钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度均高于油淬的钢,1020℃奥氏体化随后250℃等温10min空冷的钢抗拉强度达1675MPa,比油淬钢的高85MPa,屈服强度为1455MPa,比油淬的钢高100MPa;经1020℃奥氏体化、250℃等温30 min空冷随后510℃×6h和600℃×6h回火的H13钢的综合力学性能最好。1020℃奥氏体化、280℃等温240min空冷随后180℃×2h回火2次的Cr12MoV钢的耐磨性比油淬和相同工艺回火的钢提高了近3.48倍。此外,等温淬火的H13钢的下贝氏体不如Cr12MoV钢的明显。
Experimental austempering and oil-quenching for H13 and Cr12 MoV steels were performed.After this,the steels were tested for hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure.The results demonstrated that(a) the H13 steel austempered was superior to one quenched in oil in tensile and yield strengths,the H13 steel austenitized at 1 020℃ then cooled to 250℃ and held for 10 min and cooled in air given tensile strength of 1 675 MPa which was 85 MPa higher that of the steel quenched in oil,and yield strength of 1 455 MPa which was 100 MPa higher than that of the steel quenched in oil;(b) the H13 steel had optimum comprehensive mechanical properties after austenitizing at 1 020℃,then cooled to 250℃ and held for 30 min and cooled in air followed by double tempering at 510 and 600℃ for 6 h;(c)wear resistance of the Cr12 MoV steel after austenitizing at 1 020℃ then cooled to280℃ and held for 240 min and cooled in air followed by double tempering at 180℃ for 2 h was 3.48 tomes larger than that of one quenched in oil and tempered by the same practice.Also,the lower bainite in the H13 steel was less obvious than that in the Cr12 MoV steel after austempering.
