摘要
专利是科技信息及知识的载体,核心专利的识别对创新主体具有重要的意义,本文在深入研究现有基于引用核心专利识别算法优缺点的基础上,综合考虑引文网络度中心性和专利年龄因素,对PageRank算法进行了改进,并将改进后的算法与其他常用算法进行实验对比。结果表明:本文提出的PageRank改进算法在挖掘高质量、新公布核心专利方面具有明显的优势。
Patent is the carrier of scientific and technological information and knowledge,and the identification of core patent is of great significance to the innovation subject.Based on the in-depth study of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing core patent identification algorithm,considering the centrality of citation network and the age of patent,the PageRank algorithm is improved,and the improved algorithm is implemented with other commonly used algorithms The experimental results show that the improved PageRank algorithm has obvious advantages in mining high-quality and newly published core patents.
