摘要
目的:对市售常见的中药饮片桑白皮进行综合质量分析与评价。方法:按《中国药典》2015年版一部及《江西省中药饮片炮制规范》2008年版对江西市场上流通的桑白皮饮片共70批次进行检验分析。结果:70批次桑白皮中,55批次符合规定,合格率为78.57%。其中,2批次性状不合格,5批次水分不合格,5批次总灰分不合格,1批次酸不溶性灰分不合格,9批次二氧化硫残留量不合格。结论:市售桑白皮总体质量较好,但仍存在一定问题,需进一步加大检测力度,切实把严质量关。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the comprehensive quality of Mori Cortex,a common traditional Chinese medicine in the market.Methods:According to the《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》(2015 edition,Volume I)and《Standard for processing of Chinese herbal pieces in Jiangxi Province》(2008 edition),a total of 70 batches of Mori Cortex decoction pieces in Jiangxi market were analyzed and tested.Results:Among 70 batches of Mori Cortex,55 batches met the requirements and the qualified rate was 78.57%.Among them,the character is unqualified for 2 batches,the water content is unqualified for 5 batches,the total ash is unqualified for 5 batches,the acid-insoluble ash is unqualified for 1 batch,the sulfur dioxide residue is unqualified for 9 batches.Conclusion:The overall quality of Mori Cortex sold in the market is good,but there are still some problems.It is necessary to further strengthen the detection and strictly control the quality.
