摘要
[目的]研究与观察中西医结合治疗在免疫性不孕患者中的临床疗效及对Th表达的影响程度。[方法]选取2017年2月至2019年2月某院收治的80例免疫性不孕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组则进行中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的痊愈率、复发率、妊娠率及治疗前后不同时间的血清免疫抗体指标及Th相关指标表达情况。[结果]观察组的痊愈率及妊娠率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血清免疫抗体指标及Th相关指标表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后不同时间两组的上述方面均持续改善,且观察组的血清免疫抗体指标及Th相关指标表达情况显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗在免疫性不孕患者中的临床疗效较好,对免疫抗体及Th表达调节作用较好,在免疫性不孕患者中的临床应用价值较高。
[Objective]To study and observe the clinical effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the patients with immune infertility and influence for the expression degree of T-helper cell(Th).[Methods]80 patients with immune infertility in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the study object,whick were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.Then the cure rates,recurrence rates,pregnancy rates,expression of serum immune antibody indexes and Th related indexes at different time before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.[Results]The cure rate and recurrence rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the pregnancy rate was significantly lower than that of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the expression of serum immune antibody indexes and Th related indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),and those items of two groups at different time after the treatment were continuously improved,and the expression of serum immune antibody indexes and Th related indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the patients with immune infertility is better,and its adjustment role for the expression of immune antibody and Th are better,so its clinical application value in the patients with immune infertility is higher.
