摘要
有关"气"的理论在中国古代唯物主义本体论中占有主导地位,《内经》更是把"气论"作为建构中医学理论的工具。近年来中医快速康复外科逐渐兴起发展,临床实践应用日趋广泛,然尚缺乏对于其理论基础的探索。而"气"能够描述自然界事物的一般性质,体现着辩证法的思想,故同样适用于中医快速康复外科理论体系的研究。因此,本文围绕围手术期的关键步骤,分别讨论术前、术中、术后机体变化与"气"的相关性,进一步倡导构建"气"生命理论指导下的中医快速康复外科新理念。
The theory of "qi" occupies a dominant position in the ontology of Chinese ancient materialism.Huangdi’s Cannon of Internal Medicine takes "qi theory" as a tool to construct theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). In recent years,the rapid rehabilitation surgery in TCM has emerged and developed gradually,and its clinical practice has been widely applied. However,there is still a lack of exploration on its theoretical basis. "Qi" can describe the general nature of the general things in nature and embodies the thought of dialectics. As a result,it is also applicable to the study of the theoretical system of rapid rehabilitation surgery in TCM. Therefore,this paper focuses on the key steps of perioperative period and discusses its correlation with "qi" before,during and after surgery. It is further advocated to construct the new concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in TCM under the guidance of life theory of "qi".
