摘要
现代医学影像学是唯物辩证法、现代工业、现代自然科学技术与现代医学研究共同作用形成的新学科;其发展和完善是通过科技革命的内在推动力来实现的。作为精准医疗的重要环节,医学影像检查技术同样也是当前发展最快的医疗技术之一。医学影像学的发展经历了由原来的模拟成像到现在数字化成像的一个过程;数字化、网络化及大数据时代的到来不仅改变了影像科的工作模式,同时也改变了整个医疗工作的流程;一张检查申请单涉及多方利益,是任何影像检查的开始;影像检查申请单的规范化及不断改进、优化,是保障和持续提升影像服务价值的重要的组成。
Modern medical imaging is a new subject formed by the interaction of materialist dialectics,modern industry,modern natural science technology and modern medical research;its development and perfection are achieved through the internal impetus of the scientific and technological revolution.As an important part of precise medical treatment,medical imaging technology is also one of the fastest growing medical technologies.The development of medical imaging has gone through a process from the original analog imaging to the present digital imaging;the arrival of the era of digitalization,networking and big data has not only changed the working mode of the imaging department,but also changed the whole medical work process;an inspection application form involving multiple interests is the beginning of any image inspection;the standardization of the image inspection application form and continuous improvement and optimization is an important component to ensure and continuously improve the value of image services.
