摘要
周远清是20世纪末21世纪初我国高等教育教学改革的主要推动者。他立足中国,放眼世界,提出了“培养人是学校根本任务”“本科教育是基础”“质量是高等教育的生命线”以及“知识、能力、素质是培养人的三要素”等教学改革理念,组织实施了表彰先进教务处、修订本科专业目录、教学水平评估、教学基本建设以及文化素质教育等系列改革举措,为提高高等教育人才培养质量提供了坚实的保障。周远清的高等教育教学改革理念内涵丰富、体系完整,具有问题意识强烈、国际视野宽广以及人文情怀浓厚等特征,对于深化新时代的高等教育教学改革具有重要的现实意义。
Zhou Yuanqing is the major pusher of higher education revolution between the end of 20 century and the beginning of 21 century.He based on the situation of our country and hold on the international eyesight,promoting the ideas of“the basic duty is to cultivate students”“undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education”“the quality of talents cultivating is the lifeline of higher institutions”and“knowledge,ability,suzhi is the three principle of training talents”.He organized and implemented a series of reform measures,such as commending the advanced dean’s office,revising the professional catalog of undergraduate education,teaching level evaluation,teaching constructure and cultural quality education,which provided a solid guarantee for improving the quality of higher education personnel training.Zhou Yuanqing’s idea of higher education reform is rich,being complete in system,which fully embodies the characteristics of strong problem consciousness,broad international vision and strong humanistic feelings.It is of great practical significance for deepening the reform of higher education in the new era.
