Objective To investigate the comparison of the efficacy of atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine solution and intravenous drip of ambroxol on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods From September 2019 to March 2020,60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the department of pediatrics of the first hospital of Xuzhou coal mining group were selected as research objects, and were divided into the ambroxol intravenous drip group(n=30)and the acetylcysteine group(n=30)according to different treatment methods. The antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, phlegm in throat disappearance time, hospitalization time, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, phlegm in throat disappearance time and hospitalization time of children in the acetylcysteine group were shorter than those in the ambroxol intravenous drip group. The total clinical efficacy rate of children in the acetylcysteine group was higher than that in the ambroxol intravenous drip group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine solution in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has obvious improvement in clinical symptoms and good efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
