摘要 为了解决常规超大型多层卷绕卷筒壁厚日益增大、制作日渐困难的问题,将单层壳体卷筒形式改进为双层复合材料卷筒形式,可减少卷筒壁厚度,降低制作难度;通过理论计算和有限元复核比较计算的方法,分析其受力状况,验证采用双层复合材料方案的可行性,可满足浮吊、打桩机等大型工程设备的使用需求,具有推广价值。 In order to solve problems that the wall thickness of the conventional super large multi-layer winding reel is increasing and the production is becoming increasingly difficult,the single-layer shell reel form is improved to the double-layer composite material reel form,which can reduce the thickness of the reel wall and reduce difficulty in production;through theoretical calculations and finite element review and comparison calculation methods,the force status is analyzed,and the feasibility of using double-layer composite material is verified,which can meet the needs of large scale engineering equipment such as floating cranes and pile drivers,and has value for promotion and reference.
