摘要
目的梳理国内新型冠状病毒及其引起的肺炎相关中医药研究,揭示该领域的热点主题和发展趋势。方法以2020年3月10日前收录在CNKI数据库"新型冠状病毒肺炎专题研究成果网络首发平台"有关中医药研究的学术论文为文献样本,借助BICOMB及SPSS软件进行文献信息挖掘,并对高频关键词进行共词聚类和主题战略坐标分析。结果共检索到文献共320篇,高频关键词34个,中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎研究领域的4大热点为:中医药理论、中医药防治过程及信息挖掘、中医药作用机制及调护、中西医结合临床研究。结论中医药防治新冠肺炎受到了国内学者和机构多角度的探讨,可结合目前薄弱领域进一步加强研究,以期提高中医药防治新冠病毒肺炎的整体水平。
Objective To review the related research on corona virus disease-19(COVID-19)and resulted pneumonia treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China,thus revealing the hotpot theme and trend in this field.Methods Literatures were collected from academic papers in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database before March 10,2020,and the co-world clustering and theme strategic coordinates analysis were carried out by taking BICOMB and SPSS software as literature information mining.Results A total of 320 literatures and 34 high frequency keywords were searched,and 4 major hotpots in this field were summarized as:(1)theories of TCM;(2)prevention and treatment process and information mining by TCM;(3)mechanism and nursing of TCM;(4)clinical research on integration of TCM and Western medicine from various angles.Conclusions Treating novel coronavirus pneumonia by TCM were studied by domestic scholars and institutions.Further studies could be further strengthened in weak areas,so as to enhance the overall level of TCM preventing and treating NCP.
