摘要
为预防新型冠状病毒肺炎感染发生,根据国家相关政策规定,结合新型冠状病毒肺炎防控诊治指南规范,生殖中心手术室制定了相应的预案及流程,并对全员进行培训和岗前考核。护理管理工作从护理人员手术防护、护理人员关爱、手术环境准备与消毒、医疗废物处理、防护物资管理、手术患者的健康教育与管理等多方面进行周密安排,保障了2020年2~3月186例手术顺利完成,无医务人员和患者发生感染,保证了护理服务质量和患者及医护人员的安全。新型冠状病毒疫情期间科学全面的护理管控,对提高手术效率、降低交叉感染率具有重要意义。
To prevent COVID-19 infection,the operating room of the Reproduction Center has formulated corresponding plans and procedures in accordance with relevant national policies and based on the COVID-19 prevention and treatment guidelines and regulations.All staff were trained and received pre-service assessment.The nursing management was carefully arranged in many aspects including the nursing staff surgical protection,nursing staff care,surgical environment preparation and disinfection,medical waste treatment,protective materials management,health education and management on patients and so on.A total of 186 cases of surgery were successfully completed from February to March in 2020,and there were no medical staff or patients infected.The quality of nursing services and the safety of patients and medical staff were guaranteed.Scientific and comprehensive nursing management and control during COVID-19 epidemic is of great significance for improving surgical efficiency and reducing cross-infection rate.
