摘要
目前,随着国家中心城市概念的提出以及国家经济发展的战略结构调整,古城西安正在经历有史以来最快的城市建设、经济发展与社会变化。基于大规模的城市规划与建设行为对数字化、立体化、精细化和智能化的城市地理信息资源与技术提出了很高的需求,采用精细化的三维城市基础地理信息及其应用就是支撑上述工作的重要技术支撑。通过三维数据库的设计建设推动了西安市城市基础地理信息及其应用,有力地促进了三维地理信息在城市管理中的应用,提高基于三维空间地理信息的社会化服务能力,加快推进了西安市三维地理信息平台建设与应用。
At present,with the proposal of the concept of national central city and the strategic structural adjustment of national economic development,the ancient city of Xi'an is experiencing the fastest urban construction,economic development and social changes in history.Based on the large-scale urban planning and construction behaviors,there is a high demand for digital,three-dimensional,refined and intelligent urban geographic information resources and technologies.The use of refined three-dimensional urban basic geographic information and its applications is to support the above work important technical support.Through the design and construction of three-dimensional database,it promoted the basic urban geographic information and its application in Xi’an,effectively promoted the application of three-dimensional geographic information in urban management,improved the social service capacity based on three-dimensional spatial geographic information,and accelerated the promotion of Xi’an three-dimensional construction and application of geographic information platform.
