摘要
电炉液压系统出现的故障需要--套系统性解决思路。按照PDCA循环法解决问题的程序步骤,将电炉液压故障问题分析清楚、找出原因、实施对策、评估效果,最终解决了电炉液压系统故障,提升了管理水平,为顺利生产打下了坚实基础。
A set of systematic solutions is needed for solving the failure occurred in the hydraulic system of electric furnace.According to the procedure and steps of PDCA circulation method,the hy-draulic fault of electric furnace is analyzed clearly,and the reason is found out.Some countermeasures are implemented,and effects are evaluated.Finally,the fault of hydraulic system is solved,management level is improved,and a solid foundation is laid for smooth production.
