10 kV快速机械开关斥力机构仿真分析 被引量:9

摘要 世界规模最大的多端柔性直流配电网工程在广东珠海唐家湾成功投运,±10 kV三端口混合式直流断路器是其核心保护装置。基于电磁斥力机构的快速机械开关是该混合式直流断路器的关键部件,电磁斥力机构动作过程涉及电磁场、温度场、动力场及位移场等多场耦合,文中基于有限元方法对基于双线圈驱动斥力板和双稳态弹簧保持机构的快速机械开关进行多物理场全动态建模仿真,分析了不同线圈匝数、分闸电流与分缓电流投入时间差对开关运动特性的影响规律。分析结果表明:斥力线圈匝数过多,不利于分闸速度的快速提升,而斥力线圈匝数过少,不利于分闸速度的持续提升,并且在一定范围内分闸电流与分缓电流投入时间差越大,达到分闸位置时的时间越短,速度越小。与实际样机分闸过程中获得的驱动线圈电流及行程曲线进行对比,二者具有良好的一致性,为此类快速机械开关的优化设计提供一定的仿真方法及理论参考。 The world’s largest multi⁃terminal flexible DC distribution network project has been successfully put into operation in Tangjiawan,Zhuhai,Guangdong Province.The(±10 kV)three⁃port hybrid DC circuit breaker is its core protection device.The fast mechanical switch based on electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is the key compo⁃nent of the hybrid DC circuit breaker.The action process of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism involves cou⁃pling of electromagnetic field,temperature field,dynamic field and displacement field,etc.Based on the finite ele⁃ment method,the multi⁃physical field full⁃dynamic modeling and simulation of the fast mechanical switch based on the double⁃coil drive repulsion plate and the bistable spring⁃holding mechanism are carried out.The influence of dif⁃ferent coil turns,opening current and slowing current input time difference on switch motion characteristics is ana⁃lyzed.The analysis results show that too many turns of repulsive coil are not conducive to the rapid improvement of opening speed,while too few turns of repulsive coil are not conducive to the continuous improvement of opening speed.In a certain range,the greater the difference between opening current and slowing current input time,the shorter the time to reach the opening position,the smaller the speed.The simulation results are compared with the ac⁃tual prototype during the switching process.By comparing the current and stroke curves of the driving coil obtained,they are in good agreement,which provides a certain simulation method and theoretical reference for the optimal de⁃sign of such fast mechanical switches.
