摘要
随着大数据技术的不断发展,其应用范围愈发广泛,逐渐在各行各业中占据重要地位。从目前情况看,行业大数据人才现状主要表现为人才分布不均、人才结构不合理、人才缺口将会进一步扩大等方面,而通过对现状的分析,可以发现大数据人才培养中存在培养体系不完善、师资力量不足、实践培养缺乏等问题,从而影响了大数据人才的培养质量。面对这些问题,可以通过完善培养体系、加强师资建设、构建实践培养平台等措施进行针对性解决,从而为培养优秀的大数据人才提供有力支撑。
With the continuous development of big data technology,its scope of application has become more and more extensive,and it has gradually occupied an important position in various industries. From the current situation,the current status of big data talents in the industry is mainly manifested in uneven distribution of talents,unreasonable talent structure,and talent gap will be further expanded. Through the analysis of the current situation,it can be found that there is Problems such as perfection,inadequate faculty,and lack of practical training have affected the quality of training big data talents. Faced with these problems,we can solve them through measures such as improving the training system,strengthening the construction of teachers,and constructing a practical training platform,so as to provide strong support for the cultivation of excellent big data talents.
