“五进”模式下学生党员教育管理成效研究——来自广州工商学院的实践

摘要 学生党员教育是加强高校党的建设的一项基础性工作。在民办高校的党建工作中,学生党员教育管理是重中之重却又相对薄弱的环节,重入党考察轻后续教育导致了大学生在入党前后表现差异。由于教育形式单一、教育保障机制不够完善,形成针对性更强、作用更直接、效果更明显的学生党员教育模式、构建管理体系是当务之急。广州工商学院以"五进"特色教育实践为平台,逐渐凝练出"党建+五进"的学生党员教育管理模式。 The education of student Party members is one of basic tasks of the Party’s construction in higher colleges. In the Party building work of civilian-run colleges and universities,the educational administration of student Party members is the most important mission but relatively a weak link. Attaching great importance to the Party inspection but ignoring follow-up education leads to differences in college students’ performance before and after joining the Party. Due to the single form of education and imperfection of educational safeguard mechanism,it is imperative to form a more targeted,more direct,and more effective student Party member education model and build a management system. Regard the "Five Progressives"characteristic education practice as a platform,Guangzhou College of Technology and Business has gradually condensed a"Party Construction+Five Progressives"education management model of student Party member.
