摘要
以数字化为基础,互联网为纽带的新经济革命的到来,促使国内旅游服务业内部在其管理及运作层面上进行了不同程度的技术创新与科技创新以满足社会时代化的需求。旅行社在旅游服务业中扮演着非常重要的桥梁作用,但其传统的实体旅行社已经无法完全满足游客时代化需求,在线旅行社悄然而生并得到迅速发展,如携程网、芒果网、艺龙网、去哪儿等,各在线旅行社运作特点不一,各自的优劣也不尽相同,游客如何根据自身喜好选择适宜的在线旅行社来获取服务产品值得深入研究。在对在线旅行社构建关键评价指标基础上,采用多属性决策分析理论对在线旅行社进行优劣排序,以选择最佳的在线旅行社为游客服务。
The advent of New Economic Revolution based on digitalization and internet enhances the technical innovation of domestic tourist services.Travel agencies play a very important role as a bridge in the tourist industry,but its traditional physical forms are unable to meet the need of customers now,so online travel agencies appear and develop quickly,such as Ctrip,Mango,eLong,Qunar etc.Because these online agencies are different in operation and characteristics,how can the customers make the best choice becomes a project worth investigation.On the basis of key evaluation system,this paper adopts multi-attribute decision analysis theory to sort and rank online travel agencies so as to help customers select a best online travel agency.
