摘要
目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性少精弱精症的临床效果。方法:60例给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗。结果:精液量从(3.47±0.68)mL上升至(4.65±0.59)m L,精子密度从(48.51±12.37)×106/mL增加至(75.09±20.50)×106/mL,精子活率从(62.66±7.33)%增加至(77.86±4.87)%,精子总活力从(14.74±3.55)%增加至(40.11±7.62)%,精子前向运动率从(30.12±7.44)%增加至(54.75±7.14)%,且与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0001);精液不液化改善率82.14%。结论:复方玄驹胶囊能有效提高精子数量、精子活率以及精子活力,改善精液质量以及精液不液化情况。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule in treating male Oligoasthenozoospermia. Method: 60 cases were treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule. Result: Semen volume increased from(3.47±0.68) mL to(4.65±0.59) mL. Sperm density(×106/mL) increased from(48.51±12.37) to(75.09±20.50). Sperm viability(%) increased from( 62.66±7.33) to(77.86±4.87). The total sperm motility(%) increased from(14.74±3.55) to(40.11±7.62). Sperm forward movement rate(%) increased from(30.12±7.44) to(54.75 ±7.14). The difference compared with that before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.0001). The improvement rate of semen nonliquefaction was 82.14%. Conclusion: Compound Xuanju Capsule could effectively increase sperm quantity, sperm viability and sperm motility and improve semen quality and semen non-liquefaction.
