摘要
堤防应急除险工作具有时间紧迫、现场条件复杂、处置周期短等特点,除险方案的制定要求快速响应、精准施策,其先决条件是能迅速、全面掌握险段地形地物数据。相比于传统地面测量技术,无人机倾斜摄影测量具有快速施测、不受地面交通条件限制、数据成果类型丰富等优势。结合堤防滑坡除险实例,采用大疆精灵4 RTK无人机对险段进行倾斜摄影测量,应用大疆智图软件生成正射影像和三维模型,提取滑坡体的外观、位置、范围、断面尺寸等信息数据。实践表明:相比于传统地面测量,利用倾斜摄影测量技术能够将作业时长缩短至2.5 h,显著提高工作效率;其平面和相对高程差精度分别为3,5 cm,满足堤防应急除险工作的需求,可为制定除险方案提供技术支撑,优势十分明显。
Embankment emergency treatment work is characterized as quick response,complicate situation and short treatment time.The premise of preparing emergency treatment plan is to obtain the terrain of the landslide efficiently and comprehensively.Compared with the traditional ground measurement technology,UAV tilt photogrammetry has distinct advantages,such as rapid measurement,unrestricted traffic and abundant types of data output.Taking the landslide of an embankment as an example,the DJI Phantom4 RTK was used to carry out tilt photography of landslide,and the DJI Terra was used to generate orthography and 3D model of the landslide.The appearance,location,range and cross-sectional of the landslide were extracted base on the 3D model.The results showed that UAV tilt photogrammetry only took less than 2.5 hours to accomplish the measurement and greatly improved the work efficiency.The maximum errors in the plane and relative elevation difference were 3 cm and 5 cm respectively.The advantages of UAV tilt photogrammetry are very obvious in emergency work like embankment emergency treatment.
