摘要
在农村配电网实施煤改电项目背景下,对于光伏消纳容量的影响提出了一种将煤改电项目与分布式光伏综合考虑的方案。该方案计及煤改电项目对既有线路的升级改造和分布式光伏设备的投资成本。在供暖期分布式光伏提供电能,减少煤改电用户对传统电能的需求;在非供暖期分布式光伏通过煤改电项目改造线路,实现光伏上网售电。对煤改电项目和分布式光伏投资成本进行了经济性分析,通过IEEE33节点配电网系统的仿真计算,优化了配置分布式光伏安装位置和容量,验证了所提方案的经济性和有效性。
As to the impact on photovoltaic capacity in the context of the implementation of“switching from coal to electricity”project in rural power distribution network,a comprehensive plan for considering“switching from coal to electricity”project and distributed photovoltaics is proposed.The plan takes into account the investment costs of upgrading the existing lines of the“switching from coal to electricity”project and the distributed photovoltaic equipment.Distributed photovoltaics provide electric power during the heating period,reducing the demand for traditional electricity of coal-to-electricity users;during the non-heating period,the lines of distributed photovoltaics are transformed lines through“switching from coal to electricity”project to realize online photovoltaic power sale.Economic analysis of the investment cost of“switching from coal to electricity”project and distributed photovoltaics is carried out.Finally,based on simulation calculation of the IEEE33-node distribution network system,the distributed photovoltaic installation locations and capacities are optimized and economical efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified.
