摘要
湿式氧化技术可将污泥中的有机物氧化分解,不仅能实现减量化,还能实现无害化和资源化,是一种较理想的含毒害组分有机污泥的处理方法。选取某化工企业己内酰胺生产工艺污泥,研究了较温和湿式氧化条件下,反应温度、时间、氧压、含水率等对污泥减量的影响,并开展了200 L反应釜中试试验。研究结果表明,湿式氧化技术可用于该污泥的减量化处理,在240℃、1 MPa初始氧压、反应1 h后,SS和COD的去除率可达45%及60%以上。
Wet oxidation technology is suitable for reduction and resource utilization of toxic and harmful organic sludge through organics degradation.Wet air oxidation of caprolactam industry sludge was studied and the effect of reaction temperature and time,oxygen amount and rate of water content on sludge reduction was investigated.Pilot-scale experiment was carried out in a 200 L reactor.Results showed wet oxidation method could be applied in reduction of caprolactam industry sludge.More than 45%and 60%reduction of SS and COD were achieved at 240℃for 1 h with 1 MPa O2 supply.
