摘要
藜麦因其具有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸等营养价值而受到人们的青睐,并且成为食品加工行业重要的原材料之一。除此以外,藜麦还具有较低的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维,在饲用方面也具有较高的应用潜力,是当前畜牧养殖业发展中的重要饲料,对促进动物的健康成长发挥着重要的作用。通过对藜麦的主要性状介绍以及对其当前的发展情况进行分析后也能够进一步明确藜麦的应用潜力,并且为当前的藜麦种植户提高指导。基于此,文章就藜麦的发展与应用潜力进行了分析,并提出了促进藜麦种植业进一步发展的建议。
Quinoa is favored by people because of its rich protein,amino acid and other nutritional value,and has become one of the important raw materials in food processing industry.In addition,quinoa also has low neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,and has high application potential in feed.It is an important feed in the development of animal husbandry and plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of animals.Through the introduction of the main characteristics of quinoa and the analysis of its current development,we can further clarify the application potential of quinoa,and improve the guidance for current quinoa growers.Based on this,this paper analyzed the development and application potential of quinoa,and put forward suggestions to promote the further development of quinoa planting industry.
