摘要
目的探究5A护理模式对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制及心理健康状态的影响,为临床提供理论参考。方法选取2019年1~6月收治的160例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施5A护理模式。比较2组各血糖指标水平,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以及护理依从性。结果护理前,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标水平和SAS评分、SDS评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标水平和SAS评分、SDS评分均较护理前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理依从性为81.25%(65/80),观察组护理依从性为92.50%(74/80),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5A护理模式的应用,可控制T2DM患者的血糖水平,改善患者的心理健康状态,提升护理依从性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of 5A nursing mode on blood glucose control and mental health status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),in order to provide theoretical reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 160 patients with T2DM who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table,with 80 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing mode,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by 5A nursing mode.The blood glucose levels,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)scores,and nursing compliance were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and SAS scores as well as SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and SAS scores as well as SDS scores in both groups were decreased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the nursing compliance rate in observation group was 92.50%(74/80),which was significantly higher than that 81.25%(65/80)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5A nursing mode can control the blood glucose levels of patients with T2DM,improve the mental health status and nursing compliance of patients,therefor,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
